The keyboard launch appears to be scheduled for March 2023, with an official product announcement in February 2023.

It seems that by subscribing to the OnePlus Keyboard product news, you will receive 30 “RedCoins” units of coins.
There is an advertisement that you can “triple your investment” when you purchase products at these RedCoins, but it doesn’t quite ring a bell.

Triple RedCoins will be credited to the users’ accounts during the product pre-orders stage and eligible users will be notified by e-mail.
- Eligibility. If you are over eighteen years old by the start of the Campaign and reside in the United States or Canada, you are eligible to contribute to the Campaign. Each eligible user can only invest once. Subsequent investments of RedCoins cannot be added. RedCoins will be valid for one year
- Contributions Are Not Purchases. RedCoins contributions to the Campaign only entitle you to receive triple the amount of contributed RedCoins back into your account during the product RedCoins contributions to the Campaign only entitle you to receive triple the amount of contributed RedCoins back into your account during the product pre-order period. Your contribution is not a pre-order of the OnePlus Keyboard and does not entitle you to receive the OnePlus Keyboard free of charge.
It looks like this means that you must reside in the US or Canada to be eligible for campaign donation rights, donating with the free RedCoins you receive does not count as a purchase, and the product discount will be applied using the 3x RedCoins returned during the reservation period.
This is a completely unfamiliar method of support in Japan, and it is somewhat baffling.
And you have no campaign donation rights when you live in Japan in the first place.
For now, it is best to wait and see.
